Project name : Cheers to the Inaugural ThaiBev Expo!
In late 2012, the Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (‘ThaiBev’) hosted its very first Expo, aiming to consolidate its leading spirits and beer companies by strengthening the relationships between stakeholders in every way possible.
Under the premise ‘Together to Greatness’, Pico won a turnkey contract to design, build and show manage the entire two-day conference, attended by nearly a thousand dealers. Beginning with the notion that water is the most significant resource to ThaiBev, Pico presented the many elements of company’s fascinating story through interpretive graphics, exciting presentations and interactive media.
Together with the client, Pico decided to minimize the complexity of uniting over 20 unique brands by dividing the exhibition into different zones like ‘Water is Life’, ‘The Ripple Effects’ and ‘The Infinite Flow’. Each zone told a different chapter of ThaiBev’s story in a distinctive way using the concept ‘The Flow of Success’.
Through technological elements like a 360 degree projection screen, interactive mapping, the showcasing of revolutionary PDA ordering, stock-taking and sales software, and an immersive 4D theatre, conference visitors were educated, entertained, and relaxed by the constant presence and depiction of flowing water throughout the conference.
Given the challenges of a limited production time and the complexity of the technology involved, the camaraderie and trust developed between the Pico and ThaiBev teams was a great source of synergy and resulted in the delivery of an outstanding show for all involved.
